The Quality Policy of Unusual Projects is to determine, agree and conform to our customers needs and expectations, whilst fulfilling the requirements of ISO9001:2015, British Standards, industry codes of practice and statutory law. Unusual Projects recognises that to be competitive and maintain good economic performance in the construction market, we must employ management systems that improve the quality of our products and services that in turn increases the satisfaction of our Interested Parties and supports the companies strategic direction.

Unusual Projects deliver the bespoke design, build and delivery service specialising in physical interactive exhibits, models and scenic setworks for the heritage and science centre sectors and visitor attractions.
This Quality policy applies to all operations at Unusual Project's manufacturing facility located at Elvington Industrial Estate, York. It covers the design, development, production, and delivery of bespoke exhibitions and exhibits for Museums, Science Centres and Visitor Attractions.

We are conscious that the motivation of our employees is dependent on their training and understanding of the tasks they are expected to perform. It is part of our on-going training programme that this policy is communicated and understood at appropriate levels within the company and to Interested parties as required.
